Dry, high acidity, high tans, medium alcohol, medium plus body, Medium plus flavour intensity. Primary flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry, black cherry, eucalyptus, dried cooked fruit and secondary notes of vanilla, oak, chocolate and tertiary notes of leather, and prune.
