Delightful. Not too citrusy, not too apply, it’s Goldilocks — 2 months ago

Disgorged 03/23. Copper color. Intense flavor and smell of ripe apple, wild strawberry and sourdough. High acidity. Positively surprised. 0 dosage. — 19 days ago
So interesting. Always appreciate this 100% Pinot Noir blend from three different reserve vintages (one at least ten years old). Bright golden color. Distinct umami aromas along with hints of green apples, white flowers and red berry fruit. Flavors of red cherries and strawberries, soy sauce, apricot and mushrooms. Beautiful note of mineral tension on the long, persistent and lingering finish. Fine stream of tiny bubbles and a creamy mousse. Outstanding freshness, complexity and length. Bright and clean acidity. Quite intense yet very delicate at the same time. Simply fantastic and totally unique. Beautiful basket-style packaging. Thanks for bringing this special New Year’s Eve bottle, Kase! — 3 months ago
A little too much oxidation sadly — 20 hours ago
Well balanced crowd pleaser. Notes of croissant/brioche. Paired well with salmon in a lemon olive oil sauce. — 4 days ago
From 375mL. The “Rosé de Saignée” pours almost a fuchsia color with a transparent core and a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, red apple and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with low tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Round and rustic in style. Lovely. Drink now. Disgorged February of 2023 — a month ago

A small portion of Pinot Noir (which makes up approximately 80% of the blend) still wine is added for color; the balance is Chardonnay. Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The Grand Rosé pours a pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, red apple, a mix of orchard citrus fruit, marzipan, a hint of brioche and lovely minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and round. Very easy to like. Drink now. Disgorged February of 2025. — 15 days ago
