Raspberry and cherry fruits, with dried Mediterranean herbs. 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah. Not as bold as most CdPs. First bottle was corked, so it dampened my enthusiasm :(
This did hold up really well on the second day, especially when served cooler. The tannins relaxed, and the fruit is slightly sweeter and more blended. Benefits from the extra air - was pretty tight upon opening. Still great acidity and herbal finish. — 14 days ago

Bruised apples, touch of honey, first hints of oxidation, dry finish.
Not very complex, but tasty all the same.
