Fruit forward but very rich with oak, raspberry, and cola. — 24 days ago
12.5% with lots of sediment. The glass was partially clouded with sediment. That doesn’t happen often with Pinot. A beauty. — a month ago
Was fine, but nothing to write home about!✍️ — 2 months ago
This is a great sparkling wine. It smells almost exactly like apple juice to me and the taste follows suit. I wrote in my notes “overwhelming apple,” but that is not a bad thing. I also got some pear and like toasted notes. Bubbles are lively, makes it fun to drink. Strikes a good balance between fresh and rich. — 16 days ago

Better after it opened. Time to drink. Should have earlier. — 2 months ago
Clear, pale ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of raspberries, pomegranates, and cloves; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced intensity primary and secondary flavors of cherries, cranberries, dried leaves, and hibiscus with a long finish. This wine is complex and balanced. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. Nellie likes it too. — 18 days ago

Medium golden color. Right after opening, a honeycrisp apple, citrus, grapefruit and mineral notes on the nose and palate are evident. After some breathing, wine shows plenty of oxidative notes. It has a medium rich, creamy mouthfeel. First vintage to go through malo — 15 days ago
