I was unaware of this cuvée. This is only the 10th time it’s been released since its inauguration in 1982. Lots going on. Upon pouring, the bubbles disappeared quickly. A powerful nose of strawberry, cherries and florals yet I do not feel this was fully open.
In the mouth citrus like acidity. Builds in the mouth but in a restrained way. Very vinous. Creamy texture with layers of red fruit, toast and spice vacationing in your mouth. Deceptively elegant texture . — 2 months ago
Bright straw yellow. Inviting nose of stony dried apple and citrus rind. Lean (with a touch of the rich) palate echoes the apple but leaves behind the citrus, replacing it with toasted fine white bread. Finish is moderately long and continues the palate. Excellent starter, but with enough heft for a main meal of seafood, pork, or poultry. Drink when you buy it. — 2 months ago
No notes taken after a large final day at the Australian Grand Prix in Casa Ferrari. I thought the matching glasses to the painted bottle a very classy touch. Pale salmon in colour. A lovely refreshing drink with notes of wild strawberry and a creamy sweetness to the palate. The mousse is not fine but it remains a delicious Rose Champagne. — 2 months ago

Lots of citrus blend, green apple, some pineapple, gritty chalk, nice volcanics, brioche, cream, vanilla, caramel, spring flowers, crisp acidity and beautiful finish. — a month ago
