Throttled acidity but very strong, structured, clean sparkles. Went quickly and very well following Indian food — 3 months ago
Very nice dry sparkler that had good bubbles and pleasant aroma without sweetness — 5 months ago

2021 was a cooler finesse year in CdP and it shows with this wine. Savory nose: charcuterie, dried plums and fig. It doesn’t drink hot, plenty of snappy acidity, some spicy notes, wild cherry and grippy tannins on the finish. I’ll be seeking out more 2021 CdPs based on this one. #châteauneufdupape — 2 months ago

Not your typical watery Pinot Grigio. Medium gold color. Aromas of green orchard fruit, jasmine and potpourri. Flavors of green apples and pears, white peach, green melon, dried herbs and lemon zest. Hint of salty minerality on the long and crisp finish. Bold texture and complexity. Light bodied and savory with crisp acidity. A bit of a “Gewurtztraminer thing” going on, which is quite interesting. — 4 days ago
