Good contrast to the Lebanese white for the dishes, better pairing me thinks. — a year ago
Flowery and crisp, was able to drink an exceptional amount of this during a wedding in Thessaloniki. — 4 years ago
a wierd 🇬🇷 blend of assyrtiko, viognier and chard.
much better nicely chilled.
apricot, lemon oil, a little sweet 🍎 and some hay.
medium + body with high acidity (assyrtiko's part I'm guessing).

Clean. Bright. Refreshing. Great find at Omega 3 on Sifnos. — a year ago
Quite dark. Purple. Very dry but fairly smooth. The Merlot and Syrah balances out the Xinomavro. Still tons of licorice and dark chocolate. Still a bit tight. Want to buy a few more bottles to age. — 3 years ago

Assyrrikos rape with Chardonnay blended in a fantastic interesting way!! Fresh, white and green fruits, pepper and very special tastes of myrtle and ethereal herbs.

Had the 2021 in November of 2025. Fantastic wine. Black cherry on the nose for sure. Hints of plum and very dry. Paired extremely well with Greek style baked beans and Greek meatballs in a rich tomato sauce. The hint of cinnamon in both dishes made this wine stand out. Hope to have again. — 7 months ago

2024 vintage. Florina ( in the Northern part of Western Macedonia) is considered the coolest PGI in Greece, with mountainous vineyards at up to 700 m above sea level. Kir-Yianni demonstrates that the Assyrtiko grape can do well outside of Santorini. Juicy white fruit, with a hint of flowers and a distinctive minerality. An attractive, crisp, appetising white with a lovely saltiness in the finish. An excellent aperitif, but also a perfect match for seafood. Abv. 13,5%. — 3 days ago
