Lost a bit of its legs. Had to breath for 2hrs and decant. If you have it on your cellar drink it soon. — 4 months ago
11 year old Barolo that aged beautifully. Still strong hints of cherries, rose, leather, and acorns. Tannins mellowed. Lasting finish. — 4 months ago
Very good Barolo with lean muscular strength that rippled through the evening — 9 months ago

Rich Italian dark cherries permeate this luscious bouquet with a slight hint of Valencia oranges. Sour cherries, spices and a slight orange sweetness that rounds off a smooth and balanced finish! 16 years old and who would thought it would be so spectacular? That’s right- those Italians did!! — 5 years ago

Surprisingly fresh with 25y of age - with wilted flowers and some shy, dusty cherry.
Nice pure fruit in the forefront of the palate with a bit of undergrowth & musty cellar in the back. Tannins still firm and acidity fresh. Nice purity.
What a nice, if elder surprise. — 3 years ago

I expected more, but... It's very good. Some dark fruit in the nose: plum, blackberry. On the palate: almond, leather and clover. — 3 days ago
