Brilliant and complex wine. Personally i couldnt find any hint of sauvignon blanc on the nose and it reminds me more of a chardonnay. Great use of wood and acidity. Will improve in the coming years. Highly recommmend! Served with roasted cauliflower soup — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two hours. The 2019 pours a dull ruby color with a slight brownish tinge; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears and signs of fine sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, pomegranate, mushroom, and gravel. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. This is fantastic and squarely in the zone. Drink now though, it’s not going to fall off a cliff on the next couple years. — a month ago
A nice easy Pinot Gris. We had it with a pesto salmon dinner and it was a perfect compliment! — 2 months ago
Over ripe orchard fruit, some acid, cider notes, very good with bun thit nuong. — 3 months ago
One of the first natural wines I ever tried; always a delight to drink again. Tart citrus, a touch of wet dog? — 3 days ago
Brilliant wine. So fresh, tart berries, bright flowers, stone, some herbs, mouth watering acidity from fruit flavors, apple, berries, cherries, hint of tropical fruit. So good with food. So good on its own. This is how I remember more Beaujolais tasting 10-15 years ago. — 21 days ago

Maybe Jura is just not my thing… tastes like a wine-y beer with hazy red fruit (fruit punch, cranberry juice) flavors that seem more “random,” less refined. — 18 days ago
