Very nice Gourds, I wasn’t mocking them at all. Just a little word play considering, I thought it funny myself 🤷🏼♂️.Great out of the gate. Needs an hour to fully express
Nose is cherry flower, as this opens some savoriness. Some old Nebbiolo character. Some sweet wood.
Palate is a bit tight. Super elegant cherries. Some bitterness. Very silky. As this opens more sweet cherry fruit. Elegant richness.

So. Damn. (Elegantly). Crushable. Rangpur lime, a petrol-y olive oil, memories of a summer fruit pie, a sprinkle of tarragon, crisp mineral-y tang that fades into a beautiful calcium carbonate lime zest finish and a hit of aromatic joint…oh, wait… — 4 years ago
Big Nerello with tannic structure. Red fruit with smoke and earth. Delicious. — 5 years ago
Smooth oil, almost orangish. Lush and minerally. Notes of apricot, pears, and cheese rind — 6 years ago
Exquisite. Rich yet bright and full of bright fruit notes yet balanced with the minerality of Sicily. — 4 months ago
