Aromas of passion fruit and pineapple backed by Granny Smith apple and hints of minerals. Solid wine. — 3 years ago

tasted like Oregon pinot...interesting to try but not much more — 7 years ago
Now in a line up with Rebholz 15‘s and Schäfer Fröhlich 16’s this guy struggles. It needs some age and is currently in it’s dumb phase. More linear and less fruit than last time when I tried the wine. Elegant steely and light. Lime wintergreen and chalk. — 8 years ago
Tropical notes with peach and orange balanced with hints of petrol and ripping acidity. — 8 years ago
Pinot noir — 4 months ago
See previous notes. Less showy today. From one of the top vineyards in the Pfalz Germany. Quite herbaceous, very racy, coiled. Apricots, not overly acidic, minerals galore. Touch bitter. Sour mandarine. Needs 10 years or so. I would leave this alone for now!!! — 7 months ago
Quality Sekt. Very dry — 6 years ago
Delicious, racy, and very mineral driven. Citrusy and subtly tropical notes. Very crisp, dry, and refreshing. Bottle disappears quick :) — 7 years ago
Peppery funk. Delicious. — 9 years ago
Truly a spectacular bottle of Chardonnay. Changed my perception of German Chardonnay and will be my benchmark for the varietal from Germany going forward. Outstanding — 4 months ago

My favorite white wine! — 7 years ago
Dry. Peach nose. Botyris Stone fruit orange zest apricot plenty of acid fully mature. Sadly last bottle from my cellar. Best wine of the line up which included Rebholz and Fröhlich GG‘s. This is a classic example for an aged Riesling it rarely gets better than this. — 8 years ago
Topyear and TOPwine! Sweet-petrolic nose: inviting. Ex-cel-lent; ripe oranges and fresh lemon with a touch of banana to give some body — 9 years ago

2023 vintage. Courtesy of @Pinotman /// Andreas. 12.2% ABV. Light-medium body. Slight hint of initial sweetness before casting it off. Obscene amounts of stone fruit flavors on the finishing palate. Clean almost to a fault. Trace amount of petrol made a cameo appearance on the intro after 1.5 hours open. Nice bleep @Pinotman /// Andreas. Thank you again! — 3 months ago
