Yes yes yes — so bubbly & refreshing. Great dessert & bath wine. Satisfying pop since it’s sparkling. May b my favorite moscato yet — 8 months ago

A deep purplish red, opaque, slightly orange rim. Light cherry nose and palate, some waxiness, and a hint of mustiness. Quite balanced with low acidity, medium+ tannins. Approachable, ready, but not lengthy. Paired great with veal in red sauce. I would everyone within range to come to CuVino and checkout @Ralph DiBiasi stellar Italian wine list!

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2020 from the Montersino MGA in Trieso pours a brilliant garnet color with a transparent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of Morello cherry, red flowers, exotic spices and gravelly earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with high tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Delicious pairing with mushroom farrotto. Drink now through 2040.

It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix.
Ruby in color with medium plus intensity.
Fruity nose with lots of fruits, cedar and chocolate notes.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
Showing sweet cherries, currants, cedar, licorice, light vanilla, tobacco, chocolates, light earth, coffee, herbs, spices and black pepper.
Long finish with soft tannins and cherries.
This 7 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Delicious, complex and fruit forward. Nicely balanced and soft. Reminds me of a Left Bank Bordeaux.
This Single Vineyard is easy drinking and good by itself or with food. A great sipping wine.
I paired it with a Florentine steak.
A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months. A very small production of 1,500 bottles.
14.5% alcohol by volume.

I was pleasantly surprised that we hadn’t held this 2015 vintage too long; it was ready to drink. Velvety smooth, perfect with any red sauce Italian dish. — 3 years ago
Great summer wine with less citrus than some Pinot Grigio. Finishes with a hint of apple or pear. — 5 years ago
This is a very tasty Petite Sirah from California.
Big and bold with medium acidity and nice mouthfeel.
Dry and very fruity.
Showing black fruits with chocolate notes, tobacco, vanilla, licorice, wood, Mediterranean spices and peppercorn.
Tasty and spicy.

A beautiful garnet color, with a slight orange tinge. Cherry fruit, but dry with nice structure. 13.5% alcohol, so it feels a bit boozier than the lighter wines we tend to drink, but quite lovely. We ate it with a black eyed pea salad and ravioli with a celery leaf pesto, and it was totally up for the job. — 6 days ago
