Le meilleur de ce que le crianza peut offrir… belle finale sur le fruit!

Classic Spanish label. Reminds of knights. Good color. Black and deep purple plums. Smells like fully ripe plums and wet rocks. Nice flavors with chewy tannin, black cherry and Santa Rosa plum skins. Bright with a nice acid streak. Fairly classic, great red from the plain of Spain. Meets the grade. — a day ago
I really liked this. Dark fruits, pretty silky body, good acidity vs BBQ. Maybe a wine with a bit more tannin would be a better pairing w BBQ I paired it with but this is a very lovely wine that can stand on its own. Beautiful aromas as it opened up. Superb value. — 2 months ago
Expressive nose of dark cherries, a hint of blood, present oak, fine tannins, good length and weight, feel the oak a bit toasted and notorious — 4 months ago

Dark cherry and tobacco. Finishes with some dried cranberry — a month ago
Medium-dark color with some bricking, this is more backward and less evolved than the 1990 side-by-side, showing dark fruits, some Brett, but some tannic structure as well, lacks that sweet American note of the 1990, long, lingering finish, and I’d guess another 3-5 years of further improvement.
I really adore these early Pesquera Crianza (the regular cuvée, the Gran Reserva was always too much of an oak show for my palate), a wonderful find a few weeks ago while doing some cellar rearranging!! — 3 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruits, flinty spice, floral and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and plum with notes of espresso, cacao and licorice wrapped in oak. Firm tannins, great old world balance with acidity, full body, long finish ends with fruit, oak, spice, and earthy mineral character. — 8 days ago
