Beautiful Pauillac. Although it would be better in five years it is still ready to drink now. Powerful Bordeaux with strong Cabernet Sauvignon. — 2 months ago
2025 vintage. This is the final blend, still in the barrel. The first vintage for both young in-house winemaker Lucas Puyo and consultant Éric Boissenot. A very positive evolution for this extremely reliable Château, with Cabernet Sauvignon dominating the blend for the first time (60%), with 20% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. — 20 days ago

Incredible wine! So smooth and with a fantastic finish. Not sure I’d pay $250 for it though. — 2 months ago
Cherry red. Black Fruity matured. Good concentration. Black pepper is not much. Fermented flavor.

Classic La Mission nose that is in a perfect spot showing red & black fruits, cedar, leather, earth, graphite, spice box along with sweet tobacco — 4 months ago
2015 vintage. This is a very impressive second wine that outperforms the grand vin from lesser vintages. More proof of the ageing capacity of even affordable Bordeaux. Terrific value at less than 20 euros. — a month ago

Bistrot Maurice . Bordeaux — a month ago
I loved the flavor and finish of this. Great smell and one of the few deeper reds I can drink without food—but also thoroughly enjoyed it with our surf and turf dinner. Would buy again for a dinner party wine. — 3 months ago

🍷 The epitome of elegance in Châteauneuf-du-Pape
☝️ This is not your average high octane CNdP rouge. It’s a pristine, beautiful expression from the Le Clos du Caillou.
😆 We were fortunate to visit this family-run estate in the spring, an informative tour led by Marilou Vacheron, who’s helping to lead winemaking for the estate. Un grand merci for your generosity, Marilou!!
🪨 The soil behind Les Quartz are some of the region’s most distinctive, coming from the lieu-dit “Les Cassanets” with sandy soils beneath a layer of quartz-rich pebbles.
👌 This unique soil is known to produce wines of purity, finesse, and lifted aromatics.
🍇 This cuvée is primarily Grenache next to Syrah, harvested by hand, and fermented in oak through the work of native yeast. The Grenache and Syrah were each aged in oak (different vessels) for 14 mos.
👀 The result is concentrated and lifted with blue and black fruits such as blueberry, mulberry, muddled black cherry, next to peppercorn, meat, violets, crushed stone, clove, vanilla, black licorice, cardamom, and earth.
