Beautiful white burg. Floral, pineapple, green banana, lemon zest. Gentle acidity, oily texture and a long semi-dry finish. Medium-full bodied. 12.5% abv. With yesterday’s French onion soup. Could have used a bit more acid with the pairing, but otherwise great! — 3 months ago
Medium dark rubi robe with good transparency, nose of asian spices, dark fruits and notes of tobacco. Utterly delicious in the mouth, this is truly a north appellation wine that is closer in style to a Vosne Romanée. Great now, but better in 5 to 7 years. — 2 months ago

Medium rubi robe, very clean and crystal clear. Nose of dark cherries and spices, anise. Very polished tannins, good density and complexity, medium bodied, very drinkable but oh so long and so young. We decanted one hour before. Deserves 4 more years in the cellar if you can resist. We will likely not :) — 3 months ago

Notably fresh and fruit-forward style, not a powerhouse nor the most complex but really delicious — 5 days ago
