On the palate flavors of wild strawberry & cherry with complex spice, citrus, oak and balanced acidity. Tropical fruit aromas. Floral nose. Full bodied and well balanced. Tropical fruit, citrus, lemon flavors. Toasted Oak is balanced and does not distract from, or mask the fruit flavors. Nicely done.

This was so well behaved. Subtle nose of pineapple and roasted nuts. Mid palate presents honeysuckle, honeydew melon and moderate acidity. Finishes soft and round. Unsure that this will further improve with cellaring. — 2 months ago

We found the wine is no longer what it used to be. Very modern vinification and upbringing, lots of new wood, and likely a malolactic in barrel. Well done but nothing like in the Jean-Claude Berrouet days. — 19 days ago
