Dark cherries, cassis, smooth tannic tongue weight, leather like I’m being bound, pepper, apricot, delicious! — 23 days ago
Delicious Chocolate over dried fruit notes with nice dry floral notes. A very nice nebbiolo without face ripping tannins- a good sipper but also would pair well with the lighter side of Italian foods. — 2 months ago
Trader Joe’s Classic!!!! This usually stinks. But not in this stellar 2021 vintage. Not super complex but more on the elegant side. I would think this will age for 10 years or so. After 24 hours even better and more convincing. Quite tannic! Grab it by the case while it is there the 2022 will be awful (my prediction). And at 20 bucks…….. — 6 months ago

Bright garnet color with a small ruby core. Aromas of red berries, menthol, tar, violets and wet stones. Flavors of ripe red cherries and strawberries, Asian spices and mint. Long and mineral-laden finish. Well balanced with vibrant acidity and fine grained tannins. Nicely structured and hitting its peak. Quite vibrant and elegant. Good value Barolo. Solid producer. — a month ago
