After drinking mainly Bordeaux and Rioja over the christmas period this was much lighter. Nose of cherries, raspberries, tar and orange peel. Palate was similar but needed more air to catch up. Elegant and balanced. Paired excellently with roast duck legs, orange sauce and roast potatoes. — a month ago

Very close to perfection. See previous notes but this also has Iodine (As a chemist i am well familiar with that note). Unspitable. In the top 1%. See my previous notes.
