100 % Pinot Grigio.
Straw yellow in colour.
Aromatic with flavours of hay, sage and almonds.
Brisk acidity and very textured in the mouth.
Ripe melon, lime zest, quince with almost a stoney quality on the finish.

Ok, this is hitting its stride. Such good fruit, apples galore, some tropical fruit maybe passion fruit, lemon, excellent acidity and some creaminess on top of that.
