Rosé Sauvage Brut Champagne

Dark hue and based with Pinot Noir. Black cherry, blackberry, grapefruit citrus, pepper and tea makes a structured taste wanting to be elegant but too much sweetness. It’s a good Champagne but not great — 3 months ago

Solid but a bit more bitter than I expected. Tight and focused but less enjoyable for it. Inconsistent with prior bottles. I definitely find the standard Rare more consistent. — 4 months ago
