From 100% Wente clones that get max hang time, large and tiny berries packed together, pale lemon with subtle aromas of citrus and stone fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, lemon and lime flavors, crisp acidity, long finish ending with rich mineral character. Perfect now! — 2 years ago
N: Cherries and tree bark from a German fantasy land, soil lurking, tobacco, small strawberries, very transparent.
P: Cedar, tiny berries, cherries, wonderful mouthfeel, silken and acidic wrapped together. Very savory, almost dried meats. Long aftertaste and finish.
Bravo!

Delicate old gold, frothy mousse, tiny bubbles. Nose gives me crisp apple, honey, toast. Fresh, not overstated, yummy. — 2 months ago
Big time raspberry spice cake. Decadent aromas with gorgeous limestone and complicating aromas of pulverized rock dust. Big jelly donut vibes. Palate is just stunning. Young and a bit inverted but huge chewy depth, raspberry intensity, black cherry intensity and gorgeous, virile tannins. Juicy and so explosive with tiny berry fruit intensity that is a knockout. So complex and juicy and obviously young but in 3-4 hours this will get to 9.8. I know it will. Amazing acidity and it’s insane how much it’s changed since barrel last summer. My god it’s so juicy and decadent. The fruit clarity is off the charts. Unreal purity and density and so so so god damn juicy. — 4 months ago
Great wine to enjoy with a friend or alone!
Before I opened, refrigerated for 20 minutes and The more I let it breathe the more I enjoyed the wine. The Tempranillo grape used for this wine, made it a wine I would definitely drink again. — 3 years ago
12 months of sur lie aging in barrel, bottle aged an additional 24 months prior to disgorging, wine was finished with no dosage.Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits, blossom and yeasty notes, fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, full-bodied, ripe apple and pear on the palate, citrus and some spice, nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral notes. Nice! — 4 years ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed from red Solo cups over the course of an hour. No formal notes. At this stage, the 2015 is more than giving, full of delicious ripe orchard fruits, tiny bubbles, racy acidity and minerals. I imagine this vintage will be really easy to love over the next 20 years or so. — 4 months ago
