Light and crisp, almost bubbly, not at all heavy like a Chardonnay. No hint of sweetness. Sort of like a Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc but not at all fruit forward. Could benefit from a little more flavor, but I think it’s a great summer wine for a hot night — 2 months ago

Another solid vintage of this Basque Country white blend. Light white gold color. Aromas of orchard, tropical, white flowers, citrus fruits and wet stones. Flavors of green apple/pear, lemon/lime, nectarine and kiwi. Distinct hint of chalk dust on the medium (but very bright) finish. Slightly Frizzante, fruit forward and light bodied.
