Another very good, easy drinking, inexpensive Portuguese wine. Looks like a dark rosato, but tastes more like a very light red. Mixed dried berries, cranberries, easy acid and tannins, slightly smoked. 11.5% abv. Serve with a light chill. Good aperitif with charcuterie. — 6 months ago

2020 vintage. A blend of 70% Roupeiro and 30% Antão Vaz, vinified together in amphora by winemakers António Maçanita and Sandra Sárria. Unlike stated by one comment here, this is not oxidative whatsoever. Pear, quince, flowers and a hint of fresh mint. Medium-bodied with juicy white fruit, tight acidity, fresh herbs and very good mineral length. Abv. 12,5%. — 3 years ago

Waxy lemons with a hint of dried herbs, a hint of lime, a slight whiff of mint. Fresh, savoury, quite cool.
On the palate this is medium to light, juicy, fresh. A beautifully surprising 12.5% alc (for Alentejo!) clear, crisp, with great flow and a herby, slightly spicy finish.
