Smooth with lots of flavor. Fourth bottle of this type but unfortunately did not record the vintage. So removing previous entry although probably the same. — 2 years ago

Located halfway up the hill dominating the principal valley of Barolo, supported by steep slopes lined by orderly vineyards, lies the 15th century Abbey of Annunziata. Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and strawberry, lively spice, well balanced with savory fine tannins on a medium+ finish ending with mineral character. — 24 days ago

Village tavern. Very good. — 6 months ago
The origins of the Damilano family dates back to over a century ago, when Guiseppe Borgogno, the great-grandfather of the current owners, started to grow and make wine from his own grapes. Medium Ruby with aromas of fresh berry fruits and generous spice. On the palate this medium body wine shows flavors of juicy cherry and blackberry with notes of citrus and vanilla spice. Light tannin structure, lively acidity, medium ending with fruit finish. Nice value. Drink now, consistent, no aging benefit. — 3 years ago

Light golden color. Vibrant aromas of stone fruit, orange blossoms and fresh sweet herbs and spices. Flavors of peaches, apricots, tropical fruit, honeydew melon, yellow apple and oranges. The sweet herbs and spices reappear on the persistent finish. Crisp and bright with refreshing acidity. Vibrant bubbles and a nice foamy mousse. 6% ABV and not overly sweet. Excellent quality for the price. A guilty dessert pleasure for me. — a month ago
