Medium lemon /straw . Quite ripe fruit , with apricot , peach , touch of toasty oak . Again richer and riper on the palate , with yellow fruits , quite a lot of oak , toasty notes . Ok length and intensity . Medium acidity and a creamy mouthfeel . Quite a textual wine. Well balanced , reasonable length finish. Drink from now and over the next 5 -8 years. — 19 minutes ago

Very light salmon pink taking on that orange hue. Aromatics are orange blossom, hibiscus, and lemon grass with some vanilla tying them neatly together. Flavor is citrus fruit and creamsicle with a brief stop on the mid palate for some tannins and then a sharp cleansing acidity. Goes very well with an elote risotto with chipotle chicken. — 6 months ago

My first Saint-Bris! Pale lemon yellow color. Plush aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, chalk and abundant fresh herbs. Flavors of unripe peach, all those savory herbs, green apple and lemon zest. Noticeable mineral backbone on the long and drawn out finish. Lively and crisp acidity. Medium-minus body and wonderful freshness. Vibrant and harmonious! There are Chablis comparisons here. Ripe yet cool aromas with melon, peach, white flowers, a touch of toasted almonds, a salty note. Rich, yes, but also surprisingly very fresh. Enticing!
Medium bodied on the palate, juicy, fresh. Lovely slaty, rocky minerality on the forefront with some peach and pear underlining it. Nice depth here and nice length with a slaty tang on the finish.
Delicious stuff with quite some weight & elegance.

Little Bay of Caves 14 Years West Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Not really a whisky drinker, but I can appreciate this Scotch. Very woodsy and dry. Cedar with orange bitters, and oaky vanilla bean. Clean fresh finish, with a long lasting Szechuan pepper tingle and wood chips towards the end. 14 yr single malt. — 10 months ago
