En Virondot Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay 2022

2022 vintage. Medium-medium heavy body. Slightly less acidity than the same vintage Chenevottes and Verges Prem Cru offerings and an unctuous hint/suggestion or two. Big and varied citrus oils, ginger, pear, rain day gravel. A tad waxy as it warms up. Some oak but it never dominates...only gently elevates. Yet another 2022 vintage winner from Marc Morey. 3.9.26. — 16 days ago

Côte du Py Morgon Gamay 2023

One of my favorite wines I've had recently, the nose is an amazing combination of red fruit, violet, mushrooms and forest floor, all of which transfers to the palate. Fantastic to have with food or to drink on its own and contemplate. Hard to think of a better Beaujolais that I've had than this one — 2 months ago

Had the 2010 yesterday. That vintage was across the board poor. I don’t trust this producer right now.

Full bodied, good fruit, fine acidic finish. Enjoyed it with calamari. — a month ago

Les Vignes de Lantignié Beaujolais Villages Gamay 2023

Nice Beaujolais Villages from a producer I'm a big fan of! Worth it to pay the couple extra bucks for a Cru level wine, but this is still nice for what it is — 2 months ago

Domaine Sainte Claire Chablis Chardonnay 2021

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and herb notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of honey and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity, nice balance ending with lemon citrus and mineral character. Good now! — 3 months ago
