2012 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 1.25 hours open. Heavy body. Always too soon/early with these wines, whether white or red. Likely shouldn't be approached or flirted with for another 15 years to properly evaluate. Some chunky bite but mostly über-smooth bark. From what I'm told, they own the copyright for the stunning bottle shape style. 05.30.25. — 3 months ago
Very well balanced semi-dry. Has the zesty, moderate acidity of a dry Riesling to show off minerally and lime zest notes. Finishes sweet without being cloying. — 4 months ago
2024 vintage. Wow delicious. Just off dry enough. Luscious ripe apricots. Georgia peaches. Nice finish. — 2 months ago
Orchard fruit, not much funk for a pet nat — 3 months ago
Grampa liked this better than the Buttonwood. Sweeter and more fruity. — 4 months ago

Deep purple. No vegetal notes on nose. Mellow tannins, fruity, but not jammy. This is very nice. I generally don’t enjoy cab franc so much due to green pepper/ herb thing. But it’s subtle and way in the background here. Quite nice. — 17 days ago
