For the price a solid chard. — 7 months ago
2022 vintage. Poured slightly cloudy and remained that way throughout. Intriguing. So so close to rating a 9.2 but wanted a bit more depth and complexity on the finish. Mouthfeel and body were the dueling superstars here. To be fair, super youthful and another year or two in the bottle wouldn't harm the likelihood of this improving substantially. 10.24.25. — 8 months ago
Easy drinking, not too fruity, really nice. — 6 years ago

Tastes better when I’m in Kauai! — 7 years ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, cinnamon notes, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay. — 5 months ago
Louis Jadot negociant, I guess for WineBid? Pretty average Burgundy, decent fruit but overly acidic/sparkly early, wooden late, and turned sour after being open awhile — 5 years ago
Fantastic. Wonderful nose and with a taste to match. — 6 years ago
Amazing! Very smooth, subtle Carmel flavors. worked well with appetizers and soups. — 7 years ago
Third time trying this. Tightly coiled and reminiscent of young Meursault on popping the cork, with a certain reductive flintiness to its wonderfully pure Jonagold apple fruit. After being open for a couple days the wine is altogether more expressive, with creme brulee, almond, and bread dough aromas complementing its still vibrant core of orchard fruit and minerality. Strikingly rich and sumptuous for its relatively modest alcohol and lip-smacking acid structure. Given how positively it evolved and unfurled with a few days worth of oxygen, I'd lay this down for at least a couple years. Hats off. — 7 years ago
2022 vintage. Medium-heavy bod. Scintillating nose. Good balance currently. Understand the baked-in, charitable function but 35-40% pricier than comparably-priced/performing Volnay. If I'm not paying, all day and all of the night. Leave me never. 6.5.26. — a month ago
A young and already charming wine. Sour cherry, pomegranate, barberry and red flowers. Light, flavourful, savoury, elegant and beautiful. And then I learned about price. Drop-curtain. — 3 years ago
Not oaky and very light — 4 years ago
Damn that's good.
Looking forward to tasting how this develops over the next couple years. — 7 years ago

See previous Delectable notes for this Cuvee. Quite ripe and new world in this 2015 vintage. This is my last bottle of an original 6. This wine made by Australian, Jane Eyre who has worked in Burgundy for almost 25 years. The news earlier this year is that Jane will take over as winemaker at Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard - an Estate owned by the Comte Armand family since 1828. Congratulations to Jane and we wish her every success. — 22 days ago
