[50% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay] This shows lovely tight mousse, some green apple from the Chardonnay, longish finish, very nice 1er Cru!! — a year ago

まろやかな白ワイン。牡蠣に合うワイン — 7 years ago
full, fruity, and ripe, with notes of apple, lime, orange zest, and a hint of toast. — 7 months ago
Fresh, intense, almost zingy lemon contrasts with minerals and earth, it’s a nice range of terroir to complement the zesty fruit. Additional interest comes from the lemon rind and bergamot notes. Paired beautifully with sushi. It plays with refinement vs exemplifying it, but in a way we found delightful for the occasion. — 2 years ago
2nd bottle not as good as the first one. More muted overall. Still a nice wine. — 3 years ago
Sweet, but not overly so. Refreshing. Would be delicious with some fruit. — 5 years ago

Lovely well balanced sweetness. Light jam, some nuts, good finish. — 8 months ago
A great chablis option with nice structure and viscosity. — a year ago
Such nice purity & freshness here.
White flowers, white peach, an almond note, a whiff of fresh croissants.
On the palate this is medium bodied yet nicely linear & with brilliant balance between the breadth and the fresh white currant acidity. Nice depth and impressive length with the stony minerality & almonds bitterness coming to shine.
This is a very nice one and, at 12% alc, drinking dangerously fast! — 2 years ago
This is the Chanson/Bastion G-C…decanted 90 mins….lovely Burgh, very refined/subdued, but lacks depth to me, turned a bit sour late. Maybe a bit more earth than I like? Really lingering over it. J loves it — 4 years ago

I am enamored by the J-L Have from 2015. Already quite developed following a two hour decant, this shows gorgeous honeysuckle, lychee and exotic fruit aromas that all come together seamlessly. The texture to this wine borders ethereal as copious tree bergamot, beeswax and citrus fruit flavors connect in the glass, with a silky smooth mouthfeel throughout. The near minute-long finish completes this stunner. Drink 2019-2035- 96 — 7 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Pale lemon/gold color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus and mineral character. — 5 months ago
