Moulin De Gassac

Daumas Gassac

Rosé Frizant Vin de Pays de l'Hérault Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Trying the Mas de Daumas Gassac lineup. Aside from their flagship Languedoc red this might be my fav. It’s rose sparkling with incredibly bright strawberry notes and deep acidity. Light lees flavour. The hefty body and full mousse really make it stand out. Wow. — 6 days ago

Smoking. This is amazing. The earth of a languedoc cab. It has dolcetto, sure only 2% but who does that? It’s so good. Long finish. Complex. 2021. — a month ago

Nice crisp Gamay. Dark fruits. Some earthiness which I like! Having this in Paris at Freddy’s! — 24 days ago

very pleasant, elegant, all kinds of cherry, raspberry and red currant on nose, some red florals, spice and an herbal note. great varietal typicity w/out carbonics - legit, classic style, has many more years ahead, mild tannins and decent acidity make this versatile for food options — 4 months ago

@ESF, I am a fan of this wine, cannot recall if I’ve had the 2019, but often find this cuvée on the discount shelves 4-6 years after the vintage, and it never seems to disappoint. Cheers!
