Cherry, raspberry, cranberry, currant, flint and oak. Light-bodied and good length. — a month ago
A superb aromatic 100% Chardonnay, the V. 2022 Grower Collection is entirely sourced from the Calesa Vineyard by the Petaluma Gap, situated in the coolest parts of Sonoma County where Chard ripens slowly, developing pure, vibrant flavors and ideal acidity. They grow Chards from Clones Robert Young, and Burgundian Dijons.
This particular Chard wakes up all senses with its vibrant notes of lemon meringue, some ripened lychees, and baked guava. On the palate is respectfully complex, baked stony fruits in the mid-range and the lemon and mandarine peels continue to dominate to the back-end of the tongue.
Mouthfeel overall, pleasant, savory on soft spices, creamy thanks to its 100% MLF, and enticing oak touch coming from the 35% new French oak the wine was seating on. Great price point considering the quantity produced (1,200 cases) and where it comes from. Cheers! — 8 months ago
I'm a fan of this wine. Cherry opener with a red and black fruit mid. Earthy as you'd like a Pinot to be. Black tea, herbs and some smoke to finish. — 12 days ago
Dark ruby opaque with nice red and blue berries, well balanced acidity minerality, some herbs in the nose — 2 months ago
This is a very tasty Pinot Noir from Sonoma County. Fruit forward and elegant.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Showing red fruits with light oak, chocolate notes and tobacco.
Showing nice complexity with a soft mouth feel. Easy drinking and good right out of the bottle.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and good with food too.
14.4% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Dairyman Vineyard sits in the southern alluvial plains of the Russian River Valley near the ocean, a region where cooling fog comes in through the Petaluma Gap in the morning and once again in the evening. Medium Ruby color, with aromas of berries, tea and spices. On the palate flavors of raspberry and tart black cherry with herb, cedar and cinnamon. Fine tannins, medium+ finish with lively acidity, good structure, ending with fruit and cedar spice. — 6 days ago
