This is the Riesling Trocken (dry). Beautiful citrus fruit, lemon curd, hint jasmine and a faint touch of peach as it reaches close to room temp. lacks this wow haven‘t had this before - effect. Some sulfur on the nose which needs to breathe out. Good wine. — 5 months ago

Medium light straw with green reflexes . Quite fresh and stony , green apple , light white flowers , hint of petrol , but overall quite strict and closed . On the palate this has high acidity and a stony , green apple and lemon pith, white peach. Quite strict and fine , linear in style . Stony oyster shell , apple peel finish . Very young needs a bit of time to round out . Quite lean but will probably fill out in a few years , quite good saline tinged length. Come back in 5 years, will last well a further 10. — 5 months ago
