Mount Langi Ghiran

Cliff Edge Shiraz 2019

Spicy mulberry and blue fruit aromas and flavors, nice richness, good structure, medium-long finish, should develop for 2-4 more years, very nice! — 17 days ago

@Doug Powers Love this wine. Great QPR. Their top Cuvée Langhi is one of Australia’s best IMO.

Vintage Port Blend 1970

A bottle as old as life itself. Birth year. Perfectly stunning condition. Still very fresh, rich and opulent with dark berries, dark coffee and slight spice yet drinks with incredible finesse and sophistication. Still young — 8 days ago

Herbal, dry, good acidity — tremendous value on discount ($7 a bottle!!). 89+….let’s say 90 to be neighborly. I should buy another case or two. — a month ago

Dow's

Late Bottled Vintage Porto 2016

Inky, opaque dark purple, smells like and tastes like a very fine Vintage Porto, WAY more dense, thick and complex flavors, typical Dow’s “relative” dryness, but very full-bodied and certainly not at all “thin”, outstanding LBV Porto!!! — 2 months ago

Vintage Porto 1991

A little caramel on the nose and the first part of taste was not much but opened up midpalate to finish with caramel and spices.

This was a half bottle that cost $13.79 back in the day. Had this with dessert at Le Virtú in Philly
