Cheddar, sweet rye grass, the end of spring and the beginning of summer, fennel.
Beautiful roundness. Nicely prickly. Stone fruit. Not ripe, not underripe. Just right and in season.

Great rosé for a Thanksgiving spread, although it’s a little early (from MCF Rare Wine’s list). Dry and lightly effervescent with a handy reusable bottle cap. Minerals and hay on the nose, currant, sour watermelon candy, dried grass. I’ve had a Stein Riesling before, and the fruit also had a hard candy-like quality. Quality Mosel producer! — a month ago
Pretty pale pink; peach and lemon on the nose; grenadine, lemonade flavor — 4 months ago

So what to post here. This has a 3x100 rating and I am always suspicious when I see it. 97 to 98 for me. The way this wine is integrated is stunning. Multiple layers of flavors and mellowed tannins with alcohol that is muted in the background. A spectacular rendition and no doubt one of the nicest vintages I have had. Glad we had it together with the other wines and champagnes tonight. — 12 days ago

Not your dad’s Cabernet. Lighter colored cab. Pretty nose with present pyrazines v. can franc. But not harsh at all. What a revelation. Super drinkable. I need more. 2022 — 5 days ago
