Antics Terra Collective Tasting. A classic pinot noir. A shy and elegant wine. Strawberry, wood, wispy, light, juicy. — 3 years ago

wow wow wow, picked this up after a tasting @ Road 13....was worth every penny! — 5 years ago
Olaszrizling is no relation to German Riesling; this wine is orange and has Gewurtz-like spice with good acid and floral notes. — 7 years ago
If you aren’t digging into the contemporary jazz scene in London right now, you are missing out on some of the best music being produced. This is from Ezra Collective and wears strong influence from both Afro-Beat music and spiritual jazz. Chardonnay from Woodward Canyon is positively hypnotic with a little air. Perfect balance of fresh acid & powerful fruit. A great Sunday evening. — 7 years ago

New favorite Sonoma coast pinot. Discovered via Vintners collective wine club. Love it! Balanced fruit long finish. — 9 months ago
big aroma, very round, fruity, $65, vintners collective napa — 2 years ago
Pop-and-pour through an aerator. Nose: burned orange. Fresh turned soil. Cranberry. Rose (very subdued). A little more anonymous than I had hoped, but well made - “elegant.” Taste: red fruits (ripe pomegranate), dry tobacco, aromatic wood. Coconut. Bay leaf. Chalk and clay. 90-91. EDIT: A LOT of raspberry comes out with air. Also, a bit of pineapple (?). Point being: tart fruit. — 4 years ago
Smells tight right out of the bottle through an aerator (as you’d expect). Tastes very good! But, anonymous. It tastes like very good high quality wine. — 5 years ago
Have held this for a couple of years and decided it was time to open this Similkameen blend. It has a beautiful velvety colour. Smells of fresh dark wild berries and plums. Taste here is a winner. Combination of dark and red fruits and berries, but dark plums, black currant, raspberries are the dominant notes. It’s very smooth, with a very a subtle but noticeable pepper acidity that is well integrated. Very small hints of leather and musk. Overall, it’s a velvety, deeply well integrated and smooth wine. — 8 years ago

mike liked, no butteriness, no taste of oak, $43, vintners collective napa — 2 years ago
looks a little older (as it is).
NOSE: mild mushroom, leaves, pencil, a fruity-and-floral quality I can’t quit pin down, very mild licorice. Oregano. A little crayon/wax. Definitely some home-down European yeastiness, almost Italian rather than French (perhaps not the best way to describe it, but that’s how I think about it). Spice. Red cherry.
TASTE: very subtle, a little anonymous for me. Medium weight. Tea and spices; muted peppercorn. Cedar. Earth. Anise on the finish. Well made, elegant, but forgettable. Might be a little too old. 89. — 4 years ago
Not much of a nose. Taste is a bit of stones and dark cherry and other dark fruits (not bright), a little bit of tannin. Anonymous, but I like it. Medium weight. Quality. May buy again. It is hard to describe but just tastes like pretty quality wine. Air improved significantly. — 5 years ago
This 2013 blew our collective minds! Old vines, unique terroir of the Dundee Hills AVA. Perfect balance with vibrancy; earth, fruit, and tannin come together and honor the great legacy of a master sorely missed, rest her soul, Patty Greene! Now this is tremendous example of the heights an Oregon Pinot can reach!! — 7 years ago
