Honeydew and lemon zest present in this youthful baby. Very pleasant with briny oysters. 2014 is brilliant vintage for white burg — 2 months ago
This bottle brought me tremendous joy. My last bottle a few months back was over the hill and it really bothered me because I felt this could easily go 10+ years when I tasted it on release. This is a perfect example of there are no great wines just great bottles. Lovely scents of apple, lime and vanilla. A wonderfully integrated palate with a finish that makes you think premier cru. — 6 days ago
Drinking well in early 2025 for the 2018 vintage. It took a few years to get off the rough edges. $21. — 3 months ago

About every quarter or so i get to try a wine which just strikes me like thunder - this is such a wine. This one has a story (I met Pacalet in Encinitas - a total introvert but genius and bought 6 bottles). Earth, autumn leaves, iron, hint cherry, tannins fully resolved. Tamarind? Touch tumeric. A wine at its peak. 🍑 Peach!!! Heaven on earth what a wine! — 3 months ago

I'm in new territory and I really like the offering here. Nice smoked meat and big dark berry . Fairly approachable out of there gate and only improved with time. — 10 hours ago
