Grapefruit, Meyer lemon, apricot, honeydew, fresh-cut grass, and hints of vanilla. Grown in Sauternes soil on old semillon and sauvignon blanc. — 14 days ago
Very nice as noted previously, it’s got that Nebbiolo weight that floats. — 23 days ago
No notes, I popped that bottle to celebrate my daughter's 12th birthday. We grilled an entire chicken on an open fire to celebrate, here in the Polish mountains, half a dozen miles away from the slovakian border.
I really like this bubbly. Brioche and fresh pastry notes on the nose, ripe apple notes, lemon juice. The palate is rich, broad, showing apple juice and lemony notes and that french pastry mouthfeel, almost buttery. There is some tang and acid drive in the rear giving it great balance. The finish is long and fresh. Only bit of criticism, I could do with more delicate bubbles. This is a great celebratory bubbly, really. Kudos ! — 13 days ago
Pear and orange blossom on the nose, maybe a touch of white peach. Some light citrus/satsuma on the palate. Light acidity with the faintest touch of minerality — 10 days ago

Medium yellow , touch of gold . Fine bubbles , though not a lot noticable in our wine glasses . Bit of development with brioche , orange rind , mocha , touch of honeysuckle and crushed stones . On the palate this is fine boned , elegant, lemon rind , baked pastry , fine chalky notes . Quite high grippy acidity , this is linear and quite direct in style , but enough volume on the palate to cover its bones . Good medium length mineral and crystallised lemon pith charged finish . This is drinking well now but will probably last well over the next 5-10 years. — 4 days ago
