Dark blue fruit, mineral. Lovely. — 5 years ago
Acquired at the “domaine” in France (I put it in quotes because the winery is way more like a garage) but l it was such a great visit - Remi was friendly, humble and pragmatic. And we got to see how the work really happens in the vineyards (which is no easy feat trying to farm organically with all of that rain and humidity 🤯). The wines at every level so overdeliver for the price.
2020 vintage. lushness from lees and age (glycerol maybe?). Honeyed but not sweet like a Chenin, bay leaf, fennel/mike and Ike’s, Dole canned pineapple, flint. — 2 months ago
A little leaner than 2023 but still beautiful, lemon and lime and flint. — 3 months ago
From Kingston Wine Company. Bell pepper, raspberries. Needs more fridge time lol — a year ago
Fantastic. Concentrated and seductive for Muscadet, with subtle citrus fruit and a real mineral core. Mouth-watering, juicy acids, and a long savory tang that stretches from the midpalate through the finish. So long and resonant. Good cellar outlook. — 4 years ago
Dry enough, depth, just delicious (with food, or on it's own) "Happiness comes..." 😊 — 6 years ago
Tight. Some astringency but not in a "cabfranc" stemmy way. Needs to open up? Definitely needs food. Delicious acidity.
Enjoying with a steak au poivre. — 8 years ago
