Wasn't able to identify the grapes but man, this is a good white. Pleasant and complex. Baked custard, marmalade, and saline minerality. Then lively and juicy on the finish like biting into a fresh pear, complete with the little hint of pear skin tannin. — 2 years ago
95% Grenache and 5% Syrah from vines aged between 35-55 years. It offers a slightly rustic nose with leather, black cherries and a freshening oceanic/ozone element. — 5 years ago
This is definitely an extra dry. The champagne starts dry and finishes dry. In between there is nice green apple. A very nice drinking champagne!!! — 5 years ago
Read the hype, bought the bargain, drank it alone like a responsible adult. Too bad the 2021 is too young and tight-wound at first, but on day three it exhaled and pulled me completely inward. Magnetic. I am sold. Deep and complex, there are too many layers to name, but i immensely enjoy the fruit’s push against the savory pull. Quietly persuasive rather than flashy. — 5 months ago
Poured into a decanter about an hour prior to service. The 2005 “Panoplie” pours a deep garnet color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is vinous, with notes of ripe and desiccated black and red fruit: blackberries, Marionberries, raspberries, black cherry, strawberry, leather, mushrooms, purple flowers, cocoa, old wood and a mix of dry organic and inorganic earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and simply delicious. Drink now through 2040+. — 10 months ago

Drinks well above its price point, fruity; strawberry, melon—but dry and luscious, bought half a case, wish I had purchased a full case—great summer rose — 5 years ago
2018 vintage. A blend of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Franc (20%), and Cabernet Sauvignon from diverse vineyards in Saint-Emilion and Côtes de Castillon owned by the Perse family. Aged for 15 months in used barrels from Pavie and Monbousquet. A solid, bold wine, ready to drink, with good fruit and some of the chalkiness that I associate with Castillon. Abv. 14,5%. — 5 months ago
Yet another exemplary wine from this co-op. Bloody and irony on the nose, some nice fruit underneath the primal elements. Very linear on the palate, medium body but great intensity of savory flavors. So soft and enveloping but without excess weight. Very nice acids. — 8 months ago
