Deidesheimer Paradiesgarten Trocken Riesling

From Chambers on 5/19/2026. Some effervescence. Vanilla, nuts, spice. A tad off dry. — an hour ago

The Electric Pfalz Acid Test Chardonnay

A fabulous Tuesday night wine, particularly at this price point. This mixture of chard and Riesling works so well… and as others have said, the label alone should make you love this wine! Cheers! — 6 months ago

Kastanienbusch Riesling 2016

Nose: petrol and white flowers.

Palate: steely minerals. Expansive. Wow. Huge internal projection.

$30ish for a grand cru vineyard. I need to buy a case a year.

Ganz Horn im Sonnenschein Großes Gewächs Riesling 2023

2023 vintage. Courtesy of @Pinotman /// Andreas. 12.2% ABV. Light-medium body. Slight hint of initial sweetness before casting it off. Obscene amounts of stone fruit flavors on the finishing palate. Clean almost to a fault. Trace amount of petrol made a cameo appearance on the intro after 1.5 hours open. Nice bleep @Pinotman /// Andreas. Thank you again! — 2 months ago

Stonefruit mostly super clean. Always among the top 20 Rieslings in Germany. Saddly $$$.

Ernst Loosen Pfalz Pinot Noir Rosé 2024

Thinking pink as summer temps continue into October...
Strawberries and minerals on the nose and palate, more mild acidity compared to prior years. I'm loving this vintage!!

Kastanienbusch Großes Gewächs Riesling 2023

See previous notes. Less showy today. From one of the top vineyards in the Pfalz Germany. Quite herbaceous, very racy, coiled. Apricots, not overly acidic, minerals galore. Touch bitter. Sour mandarine. Needs 10 years or so. I would leave this alone for now!!! — 6 months ago
