Consistent favorite. Lime zest, crushed limestone. — 6 months ago
Medium lemon , touches of gold , quite young looking . Really aromatic with candied peel , marzipan , white flowers , baked apple, orange peel . On the palate this is quite sweet and rich , but with high balanced acidity . Candied peel , baked apple , barley sugar , camomile . Quite intensely sweet finish , but with good underlying bracing acidity . Lightness of touch with great intensity . Still pretty young and sweet . Lovely bottle. 8%! Singing 🎶 — 9 months ago
Ripe peach and grapefruit with a hint of apricot. On the first night the sweetness dominated (we mainly drink dry Riesling). This was 8.5% ABV with plenty of residual sugar, but on the 2nd night not tasting as sweet. Purity verging on crystalline. Medium plus palate intensity. A class act typical of JJ PRUM. I’m not sure if I have chosen the right title here. There was nothing “Trocken” (Dry) about this Riesling. — a year ago
I mean, can JJ Prum not make great Riesling? “Just” a mere Kabinetb, but fantastic vineyard and great acidity, long finish, lovely Kabinett!! — 4 years ago
Years ago used to treat myself to this maker once a year, but then my local store stopped bringing them in & I lost contact. Such a marvelous blend of concentration & finesse: Asian pear, ginger crystal, and white peach. Not a light bodied Kabinett, just gorgeous. Not a stand out vintage if I remember right but they are all pretty damn good. — 5 years ago

Just perfect balance between the sweetness and the fruit. Peach, apricot, and pineapple wine with an extraordinary complexity. A great sweet wine that went perfectly with Roquefort. — 9 months ago
Petrol Power. No greater thrill when a good vintage transforms into this wild cornucopia of sweet n salt n petrol n mineral. — 3 years ago

Kland’s bday. Overwhelming petrol, fruit was lacking, but acidity was still fantastic — 5 months ago
