Absolutely killer out of the bottle. On the 23 now and this is in the perfect spot. So opulent yet chiseled and such precision. It’s silly how beyond Bourgogne Blanc this is. Nose almost like Chablis. Unreal purity and balance. Chewy, dense and concentrated but a lemon drop quality and unreal structure. This has a decade left in the tank. What a finish. Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Dry on the palate with strawberries, sweet raspberries, cherries, citrus, apples, yeast, light earth, brioche, spices, minerals sea salt and herbs.

Long finish with apples and herbs.

This is a delicious Champagne. Elegant and rich. Fruit forward and easy drinking. Complex and interesting.

White and yellow florals. On the palate there are ripe citrus flavours. Delicate with a piercing intensity, if that makes sense - just the right amount of oak influence. At 10 years this white burgundy still has tension but overall a lean impression - a few years left in the cellar - I have one left. Points off for a ridiculously heavy and large bottle.
