Too much sweet oak initially, but this came around. For the most part. — 3 months ago

Less extraction, deep. — 2 months ago
This is not hitting. It seems a bit unbalanced and acidic and medium finish. Definitely not worth the price. #beaune #premiercru #dominquelafon #lafon — 3 months ago
Bright pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes, from a small production. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, pear and ripe citrus with notes of white flowers and nutty flinty spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with citrus, biscuits and mineral spice. Nice! Still young! Give it some time in the bottle! — 3 months ago
My favorite Macon Chard. This wine drinks so much higher than its cost. Green apple, lemon curd, used oak, acidic, full bodied. Excellent with cheese, cream sauce. Love to pair it with an Alfredo Chicken pizza. — 3 months ago

Gorgeous! These wines need age to soften and ‘02, one of my favorite Burgundy vintages is a beauty tonight, seamlessly evolved with a terrific combination of generous fruit expression, secondary earthy character and a velvety palate. Excellent. — 2 months ago
